| Built by Alco-Schenectady in 1911, Boston & Maine 4-6-2 Pacific #3625 led a very productive serviece record. It was rebuilt and reclassified several times and had an Elecso feedwater hearter installed. Between 5/23/1949 to 5/27/1949, it was used on the Barre & Chelsea train #1&2 due to a diesel breakdown. The loco was finally scrapped in August of 1955. Specs - class P-2-a (P-2-b in 12/1918, P-2-d in 7/1924), 73" drivewrs, 200psi boiler pressure, engine wt of 238,000 lb, tractive effort of 31,600 lab.
