BO 2-10-2 #6126 - Baltimore & Ohio         
Standing and steaming next to the coal ramp in the New Castle, PA yard is Baltimore & Ohio 2-10-2 #6125. This Santa Fe type steam locomotive was built by Baldwin in November of 1923 and was able to serve for nearly 30 years before being sold for scrap in October of 1953. Original specs - Class S-1, 64" drivers, 220 psi boiler pressure, 30x32" cylinders, engine weight of 436,510 lb, impressive tractive effort of 84,300 lb. No photographer was listed for this photo.
