| Caught by Robert M Rose at the 18th Street yard in Chicago, IL, this EMD E7A unit is showing the wear and lack of maintenance that befell the roster in the declining years. Althoough the slide is marked April of 1975, I believe this was taken prior to the PC merger as none of the NYC units in the group had any markings of PC. |
