All of them were purchased in two eBay auctions conducted by Mr. Louis Fols ~ one on 05 April 2020, the other on 04 May 2020. The photographer's name, the locomotive number(s), the date, and the location are cited when specified on the slide mount.

Description:  Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by David R. Sweetland that was taken in Altoona, Pennsylvania, during April of 1960. Shown here (F to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #9610 and two more "AF" Class units whose numbers are not recorded. All were built by the American Locomotive Company. #9610 was built in May of 1951, rated at 1,600 horsepower, and retired in July of 1966 after just 15 years of revenue service. In this context, they're about to pass under the 8th Street Bridge in Juniata with a westbound mixed-cargo freight train. In this context, it's parked near the 17th Street Bridge in Juniata. Visible in the near distance (L to R) are the concrete slabs of the East Altoona Roundhouse, the Power Plant building sans smokestack, the Wreck Train in yellow, and the Eastbound Coal Train Classification Yard. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #8667, #8675, and #8658. All are AS-18AM road switchers built by the American Locomotive Company and rated at 1,800 horsepower each. #8667 was built in February of 1958, #8675 was completed one month later, while #8658 was constructed in January of the same year. They're serving as tail-end pushers on an ore train rounding the Curve on its way up the Allegheny Mountains to Gallitzin, where they'll uncouple and return to East Altoona for yet another helper-pusher run up "The Mountain." Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5832 and another "Centipede" whose road number is not recorded. Both were built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as 3,000 horsepower BP-60's for passenger service, but later regeared and downgraded to 2,500 horsepower BP-50's for freight and helper service. #5832 was constructed in February of 1948 and retired in April of 1962 after just 14 years of revenue service.
